I might try adjusting the pipboy color to almost black, maybe I should set it to black. What I find is the pipboy light is way to bright unless you change the pipboy color to some color I do not like.

The lighting this time around is awesome. Place them over street lights so they actually light streets. The default lighting is quite dark for me but I have my TV/Monitor setup correctly for my PC.
